Shield And Ground products are guaranteed against any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. Within this timeframe, we will provide customers with complimentary replacements for any products found to be defective, except for the shipping fee.

Shield And Ground does not provide any additional warranties, whether explicit or implied. This includes but is not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, suitability for a specific purpose, or alignment with any representation or description, apart from what is expressly stated below. Furthermore, Shield And Ground does not offer any warranties or representations, either explicit or implied, concerning the quality, performance, merchantability, suitability for a particular purpose, or alignment with any representation or description of any other manufacturer’s product or documentation.

This warranty is applicable exclusively to the original buyer of the product, given that the product is utilized for its designated purpose under typical conditions. It does not encompass any harm caused by accidental drops, ordinary usage-related deterioration, the gradual fading of colors, the natural aging of materials due to use, unforeseen accidents, improper handling, adjustments, modifications, alterations, or instances of negligence.

To qualify for warranty service, it is imperative that you hold on to your sales receipt or any other form of purchase verification.

The customer is responsible for covering all shipping expenses, both to and from Shield and Ground
